1. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, transmit, sell, or monetize any of your personal information. Specifically:
- No browsing history, URLs, or search queries are sent to our servers.
- No analytics scripts, tracking beacons, or third-party advertising SDKs are included in the app.
- No device identifiers or user profiles are created or monitored.
2. On-Device Data Storage & Burning
While you browse, temporary session data (such as page cache, tabs, and temporary cookies) is retained solely inside the app's local sandbox on your iOS device. When you tap “Burn Tab” or “Burn All”, this local state is purged from your device.
3. Biometric Authentication (Face ID / Touch ID)
If you enable Face ID or Passcode protection, authentication is performed entirely on your device through Apple’s secure iOS framework (LocalAuthentication / Secure Enclave). Incog never receives, stores, or accesses your actual biometric data.
4. Third-Party Websites & Services
When you navigate to third-party websites or perform searches through third-party search engines, those external services operate under their own privacy policies and terms. Incog does not endorse or control external web services.
